The Crude drugs either purchased from crude drug dealers or collected from forests are cleaned and mixed as per composition and crushed to a coarse mass.

The decoction of the composition is prepared and the same is filtered and concentrated to required strength and sugar is added to prepare syrup or concentrated to dryness to prepare for capsule or tablets.

For Tablets the dried decoction is granulated and punched as per the required weight. The syrup, tablets and capsules are then packed in a suitable containers.

( These process requires pulverisers for coars grinding as well as fine powder (churnas). The coarse powder is for extraction and fine powder are used for churna making. We have three pulverisers for these purpose.)
These process requires extractors which comprises of three open pan evapourators and decoction pans and one extraction cum distillation unit and centrifuge. This process gives the plant extract in concentrated form.
The concentrated extract, which is manufactured out of various herbs, is mixed with sugar syrup and compound formulation is prepared and packed.
The concentrated extract is dried under vaccum in vaccum drier and the dried extract is powdered. This powder is compounded in drum mixer and capsules are filled in capsules filling machine or if tablet is to be manufactured the dried powder extract is granulated in granulator and after drying granules in airdryer it is punched in tablet punching machine and these tablet are coated on coating pan thus the tablet is prevented from absorbing moisture from atmosphere when packed.
