less expensive. It is useful in reproductive, nervous and respiratory
system. It is useful in generalised weakness in elerdly and children
with tissue deficiency chronic diseases, lack of sleep or nervous
exhaustion. Ashwagandha can be taken with milk, with sugar or honey
as it promotes deep sleep.
